   hey folks, been stuck on template install, and i'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction here

   i had a very old installation of dokuwiki along with the Bootstrap3 plugin, which im trying to reinstall from scratch at the moment

   i now have a clean dokuwiki install in my public_html folder, and apart from install.php i 'only' installed bootstrap3

   it is greyed out, and marked as 'disabled' under 'Installed Templates', and there is no 'enable/disable' button there

    also, i tried to set '$plugins['bootstrap3'] = 1;' in the file 'plugins.local.php', but that didnt seem to help

    oh, i tried to install bootstrap 3 from plugin search, also tried by download url, and manually uploading plugin, all same, plugin is listed, but disabled, without the option to enable it

    turns out, enabling it, happens in the Configuration Settings, not in the plugin (template) overview...unlike normal plugins (ofcourse)
